What we do

At Chubby Mealworms our aim is to provide you with the best quality dried mealworms (and a few other items) at a highly competitive price with awesome service on top! We have designed our site to look great, be interactive while at the same time being incredibly simple to use so that you can place your order as quickly and easily as possible.

We sell our dried mealworms in many different sizes so that you can buy exactly the right amount that you want or to match your budget. The price per KG gets cheaper the more that you buy but we make this easy to compare as well by showing the price per kg on all product pages.

We import all of our dried mealworms ourselves and have great relationships with our suppliers to ensure that we have the best quality dried mealworms available. This relationship means that we have a sustainable supply and allows us to guarantee that the mealworms we sell have been raised well and fed on good quality feed. To read more about this check out our dried mealworm information page.

Along with our Chubby Dried Mealworms we also sell a few other dried insects and wild bird foods which we think complement our dried mealworms.

Our Aims

We have a few simple business aims which we work by in order to keep our customers happy and make life less stressful for us. These are:

• Free Shipping to over 98% of the Canadian Population. We would love to offer Free Shipping everywhere but as you know some places are pretty expensive to deliver to! We think we did pretty well offering it to over 98% of the population though!
• All orders ship within 1 business day
• If it's not in stock we won't sell it
• QUALITY! We only source and stock the best quality dried mealworms from suppliers who we know well.
• Price promise, we will always offer the best value dried mealworms in Canada. If you find better elsewhere let us know.
• Honesty - We are only a small business concentrating on dried mealworms so we care about our customers. This means we will put you first and be open and honest with our information so you know what you are buying. If there are ever any problems with your order we won't lie to you or mess you around we will just fix it!
• Have fun! We have all had busy stressful jobs in the past but at Chubby Mealworms although we are always busy we want to have fun! Who we are

We have been running Chubby Mealworms in the US for several years now and although we were shipping to Canada customs and shipping charges were high so we felt that Canadian customers were not getting a good deal. We decided to open a seperate website dedicated to the Canadian market where we would ship all orders from a Canadian warehouse. We felt that this would allow us to give Canadian customers a service which would match what we offer in the US as well as making the dried mealworms cheaper to purchase.
